Mathias Holiday Card 2012

I hope this 'card' finds you well and celebrating Christmas with joy and blessings in your heart and the promise of a wonderful 2013 ahead.

One reason I prefer to send this as a holiday greeting rather than the standard USPS Christmas card is that I cherish photos from the year too much to simply pick a couple to share.  So here is a selection of photographs from the year that encompass some of the family, friends and travel highlights of 2012.

Love,
Devin

Merry Christmas everyone!

P.S. For those interested, I have updated the Christmas playlist again this year - a few new tracks added, a few have been retired. If you aren't familiar with the background story... I never was a big fan of Christmas music, but gradually started to hear one or two songs I could stomach and even enjoy.  Now I love Christmas music.  In fact, Trombone Shorty’s “O Holy Night” is one of my favorite songs ever… regardless of the time-of-year.

Over the years, the playlist evolves. This year it includes some new tracks, including a gem from friend Dana Alexandra and a great version of Silent Night from Arielle, as well as the introduction of some “classics” which may be as much I sign of me getting old or showing my true nostalgic side more than anything else.  If you do choose to download the album, please send me a message… I’ll be donating a dollar to Toys For Tots for each download, since that was what Arielle requested on her Silent Night download page (great idea, btw!).
